Hilary Casstevens
I became a real estate agent to help people make the best possible real estate decisions in this ever-changing real estate market. I like to think of myself as a client's most trusted advisor.
Most clients look at me as their supportive friend as well as their agent. I am a great listener to their needs and desires. I also walk by their side from start to finish no matter how difficult the process may become.
Buying and selling a home is never an easy task, and with the rising competition in the market, clients are often skeptical about who they can trust. Because of this, I often find my potential clients filled with confusion and uncertainty. That’s when I use my experience and client-oriented negotiating skills to build trust and confidence in my clients so they can be assured the process will be smooth with great communication and little to no surprises!
I started my real estate career later in life. My passion for real estate ignited long ago with my history as a loan officer and transaction coordinator for a real estate team of agents. It was scary to start something so big later in life but I was drawn to the career and immediately knew I had made the right decision. I was blessed to earn the Rookie of the Year Award in my first year as a REALTOR with FC Tucker/Thompson. I have never looked back since.
In addition to my focus on Real Estate and family, I am an enthusiast when it comes to serving my community. I am currently volunteering as the ExecutiveEvent Director for the Annual HM1 Ryan Lohrey Memorial Golf Outing. I am a specialist when it comes to relation-building and meeting the expectations of my clients. Having lived in Central Indiana for the majority of my life, I feel the best way to serve my community is to be more compassionate and considerate in my profession, and that’s what I aim for.
I am married with two stepsons, two bonus daughters-in-law, and three granchildren. I currently live in Middletown, Indiana, and have lived in the area for the majority of my life.
